We offer a 4 Week program to stop Smoking, Drinking, and
Drug use. At the end of 4 weeks each person is evaluated to see if continuing

Our approach involves a focus on bringing into balance the
four major aspects of our lives through the use of acupuncture, hypnosis,
individual therapy ongoing sup portative therapy. It involves a three month
intensive program and a monthly follow up for one year.

Students can train at MMA CT to learn
self defense, participate in sport grappling tournaments, and to enter
mixed martial arts (MMA) competition. Students participate in sparring
and rolling according to their skill level and training objectives.
Technical drilling, rolling, and flow fighting are an important part of
training at MMA CT. All students must master the technical aspects of
BJJ and striking at their level prior to advancing to the next level of
training.
