"Double Play" author Robert B. Parker.

Integrating baseball, a national hero named, Jackie Robinson, and a body guard by the name of Joseph Burke. The characters travel the world of color lines, self-control and developing a mutual respect for each other.  Parker shows us the challenge faced by a black man entering a white's mans world and the deep appreciation a white man develops for the 'new kid' on the block. An interesting and confortable read.

"The Chase" author Clive Cussler.

Clive has given Dirk a vacation; and has left the PUMA research group to rest and offer us a new hero and a new suspense filled novel. The butcher bandit with his psychopathic orientation had controlled the Western World. Bell, the hero, undertakes the challenge to rid society of this mad man. The twist and the end is consistent with the Cussler of old.

A delightful spiritual journey - full of humor, experiences and a delightful writing style.

A book that lets you know you are not alone...when we crash we will come back to life. I thoroughly enjoyed the writing style - chatting and humorous.

"Seven Steps to Eternity" author Stephen Turoff.

Stephen Turoff is an English clairvoyant and spiritual healer. His book is a delightful telling that life is eternal there is no death, just change from one sense of reality to another and yet these realities are connected. Seven Steps to Eternity describes 'Heaven' from the English point of view and a First World War soldier who dies and his experience of passing from the earthly plane to the astral world. If you have ever wondered what 'Heaven' might be like this book may give you some answers. A very easy reading style - spiritual wisdom, humor and metaphysical insight.

"The Mulligan" authors Wally Armstrong and Ken Blanchard.

In golf a 'Mulligan' is a cherished gift given by a generous and compassionate companion. It means that he understands a bad shot and allows us to hit again. It is a gift and it cannot just be taken.
